Daily Hot Stove Wrap Up 11/8

-Justin Upton talks continue with the Rangers, Rays, Red Sox, Tigers and Braves the front runners.  Rumor has it that Rangers will not part with Andrus or Profar.

-Maicer Izturis has left the Angels and signed with the Toronto Blue Jays on a three year deal.

-The Colorado Rockies have named former player Walt Weiss as manager.  Last year, Weiss was coaching high school baseball.  Also talk out of Colorado that Jason Giambi could join as hitting coach.  Giambi's agent says teams are also still interested as Jason as a player.

-Tino Martinez was named Miami Marlins hitting coach for rookie manager Mike Redmond.

-BJ Upton looks to be turning down his qualifying offer from the Tampa Bay Rays.

-Hiroki Kuroda will decide tomorrow to accept or decline his qualifying offer from the Yankees.  Possible teams if he declines, Red Sox, and Dodgers.

-Rafael Soriano and Nick Swisher will likely decline qualifying offers from the Yankees tomorrow.

-Michael Bourn will also likely decline his qualifying offer from the Atlanta Braves.

-Kevin Youkilis is sparking interest from many teams with the top interested including the Indians and the White Sox.

-Anibal Sanchez is gaining interest from the Boston Red Sox his early asking price in $90 million.

-The Red Sox are also in talks with the Indians about Shin-Soo Choo and Justin Masterson.

-The Chicago Cubs along with a few other teams have placed bids for negotiating rights on Korean lefty Hyun-jin Ryu.  Ryu's current Korean team has four days to accept the highest bid.
